Strategic work with clients involves independent input into a client’s advisory board structure, where focus begins with execution of budget but relates mostly to strategic opportunities arising, risk mitigation and ensuring the required resources are available to sustain defined growth paths.

The operational governance component requires a more detailed monthly input alongside the client’s senior management team to implement and execute the operating business plan. Both forums require transparency, accountability and continuous improvement to sustain / evolve business growth.
